You can list your property on homizone by contacting us and by signing our service agreement. Our representative will take the on boarding process from there, to make sure you enjoy hassle free renting.

You will receive your monthly rental on 6th of each month in advance.

Yes, homizone provides a trial period of 3 days in shared homes and 7 days in individual homes.

The deposit amount of the tenant will be refunded to homizone after which we will transfer that amount to the tenant.

At homizone, we give flexibility to our owners to either sign an agreement directly with the tenant or the owner can transfer the power of attorney for rental purpose to homizone, to get an agreement between us and the tenant.

In this case, we will courier you the agreements after completing it and you can send it back after signing it.

You can respond to any of your booking requests through your manage booking section from your dashboard.

No, at homizone, we give the flexibility to our owners and the tenants to get their maintenance issues resolved from elsewhere in the stipulated period of time, to avoid any inconvenience.
